| Description | Hello, I need IP addresses from as many different U.S cities as possible with the ability to change IP addresses quickly (at least once a minute). U.S IP addresses only. But the most important thing is the ability to configure my own custom software to use the IPs. Not just web browsers and use on my own computer. Most solutions I have seen only allow web browsers IP to change but not other software. Must be able to change the IP that non browser programs use.
